4 Best Cocktails for ANY Hen Party

There is no better way to kick back, relax and celebrate than with a few great friends and a couple of cocktails (preferably with a nice man-scape to look at and serve them for you too!) There are thousands of cocktail recipes out there… some simple, some complex and some with ingredients that you’ve never heard of and probably won’t even find if you went looking for them. Don’t worry, I’ve got this covered… Here are the 4 best cocktails for any hen party; whether it be a gorgeous, feminine bridal shower, afternoon tea or a naughty night out.

4 best cocktails

{COSMOPOLITAN}  Made famous by the girls in Sex and the City, this cocktail is SIMPLE and only needs 4 ingredients.

2 shots of Citrus Vodka

1 shot of Triple Sec

60ml of Cranberry Juice

Dash of Lime

[Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with fresh lime] Yep – seriously THAT simple.

{SEX ON THE BEACH} Who doesn’t love sex on the beach? Well, in theory it’s a good idea… The cocktail however, is absolutely amazing!

1 shot Peach Schnapps

Half a shot of Vodka

Cranberry Juice

Orange Juice

[Wet the rim of a glass with a wedge of lime and dip the rim into sugar. Pour the peach schnapps and vodka into the glass and top with cranberry and orange juice. Garnish with an orange wheel and a wedge of lime]

{MARGARITA} One of the most popular cocktails of all time… (and delicious)

2 shots Tequila

1 shot Triple Sec

Juice of half a lime

[Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a chilled, salt rimmed glass. Garnish with fresh lime] Tash’s Tip: Muddle some fresh lime into the shaker before you start.

{DAIQUIRI} – Likely to be the most versatile cocktail, the Daiquiri can be made with several different fruit options such as the traditional lime or strawberry (pictured), mango, blueberry, passionfruit or whatever your heart (or budget) desires. The best thing about a Daiquiri is that you only need 3 basic ingredients and from there, you can add any fruit you like.

2 shots Light Rum

Juice of 1 Lime

1 tsp Caster Sugar

[Blend all ingredients together with ice and pour into a martini glass] Tash’s Tip: When adding fruit, always couple it with half a shot of the same flavoured liqueur, just for that extra hit of flavour.

Don’t forget, Wicked Waiters promotes safe consumption of alcohol and abides by all RSA requirements, so please enjoy these in moderation. If you make one of these four cocktails, let us know!
